Commission Structure


LoanOfficer.com Program - Recommended for individual home based loan officer or financial services agent.

For years, the goal of opening their own offices has been unattainable for many capable loan officers, brokers and originators. Many don’t have the financial net worth required by their home states. For others, opening their own offices just seems like too great of a financial and professional risk. LoanOfficer.com is committed to solving these problems for loan professionals across the country with their premium commission system.

Our method of paying you is very simple. Assuming all documentation is in order, we pay you 70% or 75% of all fees you charge and receive including commissions, rebates and yield spread, etc. We pay you as a W-2 employee every Friday. Unlike many other companies, we will be responsible for paying our companys matching portion of the payroll taxes (which is over 10%). Completed files and commission checks are sent to headquarters for payroll processing.

We do require you to charge a $395.00 fee on the HUD-1 settlement sheet that will not be included in your commissionable income. If the lender or state regulation does not permit a separate fee on the HUD-1 settlement sheet, we request that the fee be included on top of the fees you charge.

In addition to the aggressive structure listed above, virtually all of our current loan officers take advantage of our recruiting override/bonus that can dramatically increase your income. We will pay you 5% on all the commissions generated from a loan officer referred by you and hired by LoanOfficer.com. Do you know any loan officers who would benefit from our extraordinary program? In addition, many other companies charge a Quality Control/Audit/Review fee of $100.00 per file. Also remember that other companies require you to pay for all costs of licensing & bonding. In Maryland, for example, this costs almost $2,000.00! HUD branch fee... we pay for that too! Other companies may require you to put up a large reserve account fee. Not us!
